Mr. Ricardo Rampaul

Mr. Ricardo Rampaul joined NCPD in 2013 and has served in many roles at the organization, sharing his knowledge of innovative strategies to improve the organization’s operations. He has represented NCPD at national workshops, seminars and functions, advocating for the inclusion of PWDs in society. He has completed his Masters of Business Administration in 2014, as well as his undergraduate Degree in Business Management in 2011 from Angila Ruskin University (UK)

Mrs. Kahaya Puckerin

Mrs. Kahaya Puckerin is the holder of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Education Leadership. She is currently pursuing Doctoral studies at the University of the West Indies with a focus on Educational Leadership in Education Systems and Schools.  As the principal, Kahaya is an accomplished, strategic leader with over ten (10) years experience working at the NCPD guiding the overall direction of the training department, while facilitating active participation in collaborative activities that are aimed at achieving our Vision Statement and by extension, the goals of the CRPD.
