Clyeon Roberts is an experienced leadership and organizational development professional with experience in strategic planning, governance, organizational transformation, talent development, policy development and change management. With over fifteen years of professional experience spanning the corporate, education and nonprofit sectors, Mr. Roberts has successfully led and supported numerous strategic initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce capability building, change management and institutional growth. He has served as a trusted advisor, lecturer, facilitator, and consultant, partnering with organizations to align strategy, people, and culture in pursuit of sustainable results.
Academically, Mr. Roberts holds, a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership and Management from The University of the West Indies, and a Bachelor of Science in International Tourism Management, a Certified Change Practitioner (Prosci®), and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Management with a specialization in Strategy and Innovation. His research interests include strategic flexibility, organizational resilience, leadership, innovation, and organizational transformation.
In addition to his professional career, Mr. Roberts has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to public and community service. He has served leadership roles within faith based, educational, youth and community organizations and has contributed to numerous initiatives aimed at developing people, strengthening institutions and creating positive social impact.
