Ms. Joanne Gwenneth Salazar is the Director/Owner of QED Consulting Ltd. Formerly, she has acquired over 30 years Executive Managerial experience in finance, financial management, corporate strategy, and process design. She is also a qualified accountant who has achieved the designation FCPFA (Fellow Chartered Public Finance Accountant) and is also Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, UK (FCG).

Ms. Salazar’s educational achievements include an MSc. Strategic Planning, MBA (distinction), Post Graduate Diploma in Operations and Supply Chain Management, BA (Hons), and certification in Organisational Development, Process Management and Change Management. She has also achieved the designation Accredited Director (Acc, Dir) certified by the Governance Institute (Canada)
