Mr. Roger Ramdeen is an experienced, qualified (MBA) and certified professional with over 24 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector delivering highly effective solutions within every aspect of evidence-based management, team leadership, project management, construction management and Quality management. He is both a leader and team player, assisting in the management of large teams, utilising enhanced leadership and communication skills which resulted in the successful completion and delivery of numerous multi-million and billion-dollar projects.

His well- developed skills and knowledge in Project Management and Operations will redound to the benefit of NCPD. Since becoming a member of NCPD in July 2020, he has supported the Board of Directors in matters related to Operations at the Centre.
