Carlyle is a graduate of Presentation College , San Fernando and UWI. His speciality areas are financial and marketing management.

He is also experienced in the areas of accounting, auditing and project management.

He served as Branch Manager of Guardian Life for 24 years and continue to serve as a Senior Sales Consultant with the Guardian group.

He is a Chartered Life Underwriter, a Life member of the Million Dollar Round Table and the holder of Awards too numerous to mention.

He is a toastmaster and a well respected public speaker and Sales trainer.

His son Cydale Fletcher attended the institution and has benefitted considerably from this experience.
