Mr. Ricardo Rampaul joined NCPD in 2013 and has served in many roles at the organization, sharing his knowledge of innovative strategies to improve the organization’s operations. He has represented NCPD at national workshops, seminars, and functions, advocating for the inclusion of PWDs in society.
He completed his Master’s of Business Administration in 2014, as well as his undergraduate Degree in Business Management in 2011 from Anglia Ruskin University (UK).
Working in multiple sectors, both private and public, has developed his drive and determination to excel. He exhibits integrity and a good work ethic that demonstrate his ability to work in a team and contribute towards achieving set organizational goals.
Mr. Rampaul is proactive and focuses on achieving business objectives within deadlines, generating ideas and operating with an understanding of how innovation can build an organization’s competitiveness.
He possesses more than a decade of experience in Executive Management, Human Resources, Financial Management, Marketing, Sales, and Operations in the private sector, alongside over twelve (12) years of involvement in the NGO sector working with Persons with Disabilities.
The skills acquired include a strong determination to succeed, a commitment to integrity, and a solid work ethic. As a collaborative and motivational leader, he fosters strategic alignment across teams to effectively respond to evolving environments while advancing the organization’s mission and vision. Through a proactive, results-driven approach, Mr. Rampaul consistently delivers on organizational objectives within established timelines, leveraging innovation, creative problem-solving, and forward-thinking strategies to enhance operational performance and drive sustainable organizational growth.
